Once the lessons are understood in this concrete manner, lessons become increasingly abstract until the mathematical concepts are fully absorbed by the child. The Prep Programme is to prepare children to perform age appropriate academic and extra-curricular activities meeting the requirements of various education board standards such as CBSE/ICSE . Classroom activities start with strengthening patterning skills, colouring work sheets, joining dotted lines etc. for refinement of fine motor skills of writing. It further builds on english conversation and class interaction skills, reading and writing, introduction of cursive hand writing, vocabulary development and formation of simple sentences. New vocabulary can be seen in classified pictures or puzzle maps, like parts of animals and country names .Also we cover general awareness of age appropriate concepts of science and environment through class interaction by teacher.
